If you are not satisfied with your purchase from NURVV.com, you can return it for a refund, provided it is unused and in the original packaging with all accessories included, and is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return please contact Customer Service for a free returns label.
Refunds for returned products will be issued between 30 days after the returned product has been received and tested to validate the refund.
NURVV return policy excludes damage resulting from abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. It must be in original packaging. The NURVV Run must be purchased on NURVV.com. For products bought in-store, contact the store Customer Service for returns.
You can return NURVV Run provided it is unused and in the original packaging with all accessories included, and is returned within 30 days from the date delivery. For reasons of hygiene, if the product has been used in this time a restocking fee of $100 in the US and 75£ in the UK will be applied. To initiate a return please contact Support for a free returns label. There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened.
NURVV Run comes with one-year limited manufacturers warranty for the US and a two-year limited manufacturers’ warranty for the UK, with the limitation being on the NURVV Run insole. See the warranty policy for details.
If your NURVV Run is not working as expected, please contact Customer Service to address the problem. If the problem can not be resolved, NURVV will send a returns label and a replacement within 7 business days of receipt of your faulty product.
