At present NURVV Run ships to the United States and the United Kingdom.

US Shipping

  • Free standard shipping
  • Delivered in 2-5 working days
  • Tracked delivery
  • Signature required - NURVV Run is usually delivered with signature required but due to the restrictions of COVID-19, Signature required service will be done by contactless delivery.
  • Expedited options are available and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders ship the same or next business day. Orders that are received by 10 AM Central Standard Time will ship out the same day, orders received after will ship out the following day.

Delivery times can vary based on address. Below are rough estimates for delivery times based on residential vs. commercial addresses.

  • Business address: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm
  • Residential address: Tuesday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 3 pm

Free shipping is available to all states and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping charges apply to the following US territories:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • American Samoa
  • US Virgin Islands
  • North Mariana

International Shipments

AN UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

We are temporarily no longer taking orders for international delivery within the EU. We will resume this service as soon as possible. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Shipping Issues

If there are issues receiving your NURVV Run, follow the steps below.

Failed Delivery Attempt

All NURVV Run shipments require a signature for delivery. If you are not present to receive the package, there are three options:

  1. Do nothing. The carrier will attempt delivery the next day. The carrier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package.
  2. Contact the carrier immediately. The carrier will leave a door tag with contact details. Contact the carrier to locate where the package is being held and arrange collection. You will need a government-issued ID and tracking information to pick up the parcel.
  3. Contact the carrier to request an address change for delivery. For US orders, you can use the UPS My Choice App can be used to make these changes.

Lost in transit

If your package has not moved in transit for 3 days, contact Customer Service to investigate.

Misdelivery

If your package states delivered but cannot be found:

  1. Check around the residence.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. If not found, contact Customer Service to investigate.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact Customer Service. If the package was damaged, please provide pictures of the damaged product.
