At NURVV Run, community is key. We love hearing your feedback and we’ve been working hard to integrate your most requested features to NURVV Run. Designed to help you get the most from your running, our latest app release is out today. Update your app to get these great new training tools:

Metric Profiles

With the new Metric Profiles feature, you can view data for key aspects of your running technique during each run, and spot any changes.

Does your cadence decrease as you tire or your step length increase as you rack up the miles, for example? How does your technique change on different terrains?

Monitoring changes in your technique helps you understand how you can run further, faster and injury free, and you’ll get tailored training tips and exercises to help you improve.

Footstrike Trainer

Available on indoor runs, the new Footstrike Trainer feature lets you monitor how your feet hit the ground in real time. You’ll know exactly how it feels when you land with your fore- mid- or rear-foot, and be able to spot any differences between your left and right foot with every step. A vital tool if you’re working on modifying your footstrike to reduce injury risk.

Strava integration

As the saying goes, ‘if it isn’t on Strava it didn’t happen’. Our latest app release integrates NURVV Run with Strava. All your runs with NURVV will now sync to the social platform, so you’ve got all your running data in one place.
