How do I clean my NURVV Run insoles?

Cleaning Trackers

If the trackers get wet or dirty, ensure the trackers are powered off and use a damp cloth to wipe off any dirt or mud.

Be very careful not to bend the spring-loaded connectors on the rear face of the trackers while cleaning and make sure the trackers are completely dry before reconnecting them to the clips.

Cleaning Insoles

To clean the NURVV insoles, take a damp cloth and gently wipe the insoles' top and bottom surface to clean them. The clips can be cleaned using a dry cloth to wipe away any dirt or debris.

Make sure the insoles and clips are fully dry before reinserting them in shoes or clipping in trackers.

IMPORTANT: When removing and replacing the trackers on the clips, it's important to keep the gold connectors dry on both trackers and clips.
