On certain Android phones, the NURVV app will get pushed into the background during a run and then it will be closed. By changing the sleep settings in the display section, you will be able to stop the app from being closed during your run.
- Go to settings
- Select display
- Select sleep settings
- Choose sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity
Make sure that your phone is not in battery saver mode as this will cause the app to get shut down when it is not active on your screen.
If your app does close down during a quick run, your trackers will still record the activity and you can use the Activity button to pause and end your run and sync to your NURVV app post-run.
If the app shut down while you are doing a Pace Coach run, you will no longer receive audio or visual cues from the app and will have to restart your run to receive your in-run coaching.
