Why Isn't the Apple Watch Icon Showing Up Before Runs Anymore?

We have seen cases where the Apple Watch app appears to get out of sync with the iPhone app.

If the Watch icon is not displayed when a run has finished configuring on your iPhone and the Nurvv app is open and displayed on your Watch, we suggest uninstalling and re-installing the Watch app.
This will ensure that the Watch app is at the correct version to communicate with NURVV Run on your iPhone.

To uninstall and reinstall the Watch app, follow the steps below:

1) Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
2) Scroll down the list of apps to the Nurvv entry and tap to select it.
3) Toggle the 'Show App on Apple Watch' slider to the left.
4) Return to the main menu, scroll down to the Available Apps section and select install Nurvv
5) Ensure the Watch and phone are on charge and in close range of each other, to allow the installation to proceed.
6) Check the Watch app again in around 5 minutes. Once installation is complete, you should see the Nurvv app listed in the 'Installed on Apple Watch' section.
