Personalizing Your Heart Rate Zones

NURVV Run calculates your Heart Rate Zones automatically based on two things: your Maximum Heart Rate and your Resting Heart Rate.

Your max heart rate and resting heart rate are set automatically. If you’d like to change the values used, you can do so by following the steps below:

1) Navigate to Settings and tap Your details

2) Tap on the heart rate setting you want to change. A selection control will appear.
3) Use the selection control to select the heart rate value you want to set.
4) If you’re using the iOS app, tap Save Details to confirm your choice.

After your max and resting heart rate have been changed, your Heart Rate zones will be updated automatically.
You can review your heart rate zones by navigating to Settings > Your Details and tapping 'View information on your heart rate zones'.
