Returns during the Holiday Season

During the festive period from 26th November to 25th December 2021, where a product is purchased but not activated until the last week of December, the returns period will be extended depending on date of purchase to the later of 30 days from date of purchase or 15th January 2022.

Please note, a full refund will be given for unused products returned in pristine condition. A restocking fee (£75 GBP / $100 USD) will be applied to used returns, to cover the cost of replacing components we cannot recondition for sale once used.
