Before you can start running outdoors, your trackers need to acquire a GPS signal.
While the trackers are searching for GPS, the tracker status lights will flash red and yellow. It is important to be stationary and not move around during this process. When GPS signal is found and your NURVV Run is ready to go, the status lights will slowly pulse green.
Once you're outside, it should take no longer than 20-30 seconds for your trackers to acquire a GPS signal. If you've waited longer than this, try moving and, if possible, ensure that you are clear of tall buildings and terrain that can disrupt GPS signals.
